The servers are located in a secure data centre featuring climate control
with 24x7 on-site technicians to ensure the safety and reliability of our servers and equipment.

We actively monitor our routers for key factors including temperature, CPU and memory utilisation, we also monitor our connections for transit latency and uptime. We are notified immediately in the event of a process going out of tolerance or an outage through our automated systems which allows us to respond quickly with corrective action.

We monitor all our servers for uptime and immediately notified in the event of an outage on the server so that should a problem arise we are able to act promptly.

Our UK servers (providers) are located in a secure data centre featuring climate control with 24x7 on-site technicians to ensure the safety and reliability of our servers and equipment.

We also use 2 servers (providers) in USA and one server (provider) in India.

Reliability exceeds 99.855% over the last four years reaching up to 99.99% over the last year. The main electrical room provides clean, consistent power via switchgear, UPS systems, multiple feeds and generator backup to ensure a consistent supply of power to the facility.

Consistent temperature and humidity ranges in the data centre are maintained by redundant cooling systems.

In addition to the on-site security staff, access is controlled by state-of-the-art identification systems, including a biometric hand scanner and card reader.
